Lone Pine is open and accepting excursion booking requests in line with our approved Industry COVID Safe Plan. Due to the ever-changing situation surrounding COVID-19, all Education booking requests are tentative and subject to change depending on government recommendations.

Excursions for vacation care groups 

It’s never too early to plan your school holiday excursion to Lone Pine. Lead your own self-guided day ($13/student) , or experience the wonderful world of Australian wildlife through ‘vacation care only’ Discovery Packages ($15/student). Exclusive vacation care packages include a 30 minute wildlife presentation and a bag of free-range animal food for each child to feed the kangaroos and wallabies.

COVID Safe Plan for School Excursions

Cancellation Policy: Bookings cancelled or postponed 10 or more working days prior to the excursion date will not be charged. Bookings cancelled or postponed less than 10 working days leading up to the excursion will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations made due to severe wet weather conditions will not be charged if the cancellation is made before the booked arrival time. Failure to attend an excursion without notice will be charged at the full cost of the excursion. All prices are inclusive of GST and are subject to change without notice.
