Terms & Conditions for Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary online purchases

- All credit card purchases are made via a secure, external payment program. Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary does not keep or record any credit card details.
- Tickets are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be given due to wet weather or poor weather conditions. Please check the weather forecast before you visit.
- Discounted prices cannot be used with any other offer.
- Tickets must be purchased online to receive the online discount.
- Handle your online tickets as you would handle cash. Lost or stolen tickets cannot be replaced.
- Beware of anyone who offers to sell you online tickets; they are worthless.
- Your order number is scanned and recorded. Do not attempt to copy ticket, or pass your used ticket on to someone else.
- Concession tickets require ID to be presented upon entry. No ID and the difference in prices will be charged.
- When purchasing a yearly pass, ALL yearly pass holders must be present on day of redemption to create photo ID cards.
- Yearly passes are non-transferrable once redeemed.
- Yearly passes are for personal use only, not for business use.
- E-tickets must be presented upon entry.
- Online ticket must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. Ticket can only be used once.

Conditions of Entry

- Prices are effective from 2nd July 2019.
- Tickets are non-refundable. Refunds will not be given for wet weather conditions. Please check the weather forecast before you visit.
- Koala photos and kangaroo feeding are not included in entry ticket. These are an additional cost.
- Children under the age of 3 are free. Children must be accompanied by an adult and kept under the supervision of the adult at all times and places.
- Children must be 3-17 years to receive child rate or be included in any family passes.
- Students, pensioners and seniors (65+ years) must show ID upon arrival. No ID, no discount.
- Footwear and clothing must be worn at all times and places.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry and eject persons from the Sanctuary.
- Management has the authority to close the sanctuary or any part thereof, including any animal exhibit or show, at any time management deems necessary and will not be liable for any loss or expense occurred by a visitor as the result of such closure. We will try our best effort to advise visitors of any changes to shows or exhibits prior to entry.
- Visitors must obey all notices, signs, and directions given by staff.

Visitors must not:

- Bring scooters, bicycles, skateboards, roller skates, balloons, balls, or any object of similar nature into the sanctuary grounds at any time. Personal mobility devices such as prams/strollers, wheelchairs and electric mobility scooters are permitted.
- Bring noise amplifiers, megaphones, or musical instruments of any nature into the sanctuary grounds.
- Bring animals into the sanctuary grounds. Guide dogs and assistance dogs must be arranged with management prior to arrival.
- Offer food to animals (including the local wildlife), climb on or over any fence, gate or other barrier in anyway, and do not enter designated ‘staff only’ areas or exhibits.
- Smoke within the sanctuary grounds. A designated smoking area is available outside of the entry gates.
- Bring alcohol into the sanctuary grounds. Lone Pine is a licensed venue, and all alcohol purchased at Lone Pine must be consumed within the designated areas.
